You guys have serious need of good help and you shouldn’t lie to people. Greed and filth are the two reasons I’m taking my contents and money somewhere else. I’ll be out by the end of the month

I have rented a space for 17 years at the same location and I have been treated terribly by the new owners, management. They tripled my rent and Despite reassuring me that they would have a smaller space available for me, they don’t. I cannot say how angry I have been about the changes that have taken place. I am 67 and had no plans to leave but they have put me in a terrible position, I have no choice. I have paid my rent faithfully and on time for 17 years. Management has never acknowledged this.

My door needs to be put back on the track at the top of the door. I have notice some rodent dropping on the floor.

It is difficult to keep paying for storage when the cost goes up dramatically! One of our units went up in cost so much that it's not worth storing items there anymore! It isn't even Climate Controlled! It is just a plain unit... nothing fancy, nothing special. Since the Pandemic and inflation, we will more than likely move out. It has also been difficult to make changes to pay on the first of the month, since it seems like ALL the bills are due on the first! Uggghhh....

Bring the dumpster back, 24 hour access, honest friendly employees. I can work with someone who is learning but not lying and stealing from me.

The manager in question has been dealt with. Dumpsters have been removed because tenants were throwing trash on the property. The property is cleaner without it because tenants remove what they bring on the property.
