I have rented a space for 17 years at the same location and I have been treated terribly by the new owners, management. They tripled my rent and Despite reassuring me that they would have a smaller space available for me, they don’t. I cannot say how angry I have been about the changes that have taken place. I am 67 and had no plans to leave but they have put me in a terrible position, I have no choice. I have paid my rent faithfully and on time for 17 years. Management has never acknowledged this.

My door needs to be put back on the track at the top of the door. I have notice some rodent dropping on the floor.

It is difficult to keep paying for storage when the cost goes up dramatically! One of our units went up in cost so much that it's not worth storing items there anymore! It isn't even Climate Controlled! It is just a plain unit... nothing fancy, nothing special. Since the Pandemic and inflation, we will more than likely move out. It has also been difficult to make changes to pay on the first of the month, since it seems like ALL the bills are due on the first! Uggghhh....

Bring the dumpster back, 24 hour access, honest friendly employees. I can work with someone who is learning but not lying and stealing from me.

The large increase in the monthly rent is what led us to move out, other than that we would have stayed.

change the hours back to 24/hr access. > only got the unit I did because it was you had 24/7 access to my unit now with you changing the hours I CANT GET INTO MY UNIT WHEN I REALLY NEED TO PLUS RAISING THE RENT AND CHANGING ACCESS HOURS MAKES ME WANT TO CHANGE FACILITIES.

NOT Changing prices with Less Than 30 Days Notice would be a HUGH Help! Especially with those of us who have been using the facility for Some Years!

Please Don't raise the rent anymore! If I were to move out it would be because I couldn't afford to pay higher rent. Thank you!

Gate access needs to be later. I work late hrs and have needed in there to get stuff out/put stuff in and don't access to my own stuff.

I really don't know much about the lighting as I don't go out there when it's dark so can't really form an opinion on it. From a security stand point it seems fine. I don't have any difficulties accessing the property when I need to, which is normally during business hours.
