You can lower prices to compete on a more level playing field with other storage units around the area and also not take advantage of the location next to the McPherson College Automotive Restoration program. I know many of my classmates who can’t afford to rent a shed from your location because of the price which is more than double the price of some other units around the area and it is unfair seeing as this location is where many students gather for social interaction and escape to work on their projects while feeling more at home when away from home. I guarantee there is still room for profit with lowered renting rates and quite possibly a bigger range of profit to be made by lowering the prices and allowing more students to rent from you and be a part of the automotive program community. I also find it displeasing that rent is the same high price for different units of similar dimensions while all units vary and there are quite a few in worse condition than others, with all single/ double units lacking in adequate lighting/ insulation for winter and night time. On another note, I feel as though it is unwise to provide limited internet services for the main office making it difficult for Liz (property manager) to do her job when the computer and printer won’t connect or don’t work properly. I think it would also be beneficial to provide some kind of bathroom area throughout the sheds to accommodate people’s needs for bathe usage when our working on previously mentioned projects.

Lower the prices, Covid-19 is over, you increased them at the start of the pandemic, it only makes sense to decrease them now that it's over. Now that there is no more "burden to pass" lowering the price makes sense.

Stop raising rates. This Property is nothing like your other ones in Texas. The building are falling in and its not fair to raise rates without improving the experience. Money needs to be reinvented in the properties infrastructure, like garage doors and walk through doors. Think with an infinite mindset. Its not always about the income.

Our buildings have been inspected and are not, in fact, "falling in". We are in the process of many capital improvements and can only move as fast on them as the money allows. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make many much needed changes that were neglected over the years by previous owners.
